Day 1 — Arrive, unwind & discover Chengdu's teahouses
Airport transfer and time to rest at your hotel, followed by People's Park and gaiwan tea at Heming Teahouse if your arrival time allows. A welcome dinner can be arranged as set out in your proposal. Overnight in Chengdu.

Day 2 — Pandas, a cultural lunch & old Chengdu
Visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, then Eastern Suburb Memory (Dongjiao Jiyi) and the Shu Yan Fu dining experience. Continue to Wuhou Shrine and Jinli. Exact order and time at each stop depend on tickets and restaurant scheduling. Overnight in Chengdu.

Day 3 — Du Fu's garden & departure
Check out after breakfast. Visit Du Fu Thatched Cottage and allow time for lunch when your departure schedule permits, then transfer to the airport. An early flight means shortening or omitting these final-day visits.

Watch pandas at their own pace, with time to enjoy their movements and the setting. This is an ordinary visitor experience.
Tea & everyday Chengdu
A bowl of gaiwan tea gives the first day a quieter rhythm. People’s Park and Heming Teahouse are planned when your arrival allows.
Wuhou Shrine’s quiet halls
The Three-Kingdoms memorial complex holds incense-scented courtyards and the celebrated statue hall — quieter in the morning, with Jinli next door for the lively contrast.
Huanhuaxi beside Du Fu’s garden
The stream-side park wrapping the poet’s cottage is where locals walk among bamboo and egrets — a gentle final morning before departure.

- For the fullest version of this route, plan a morning arrival on Day 1 and an afternoon or evening departure on Day 3.
- Shu Feng Ya Yun Sichuan opera and a Jin River night cruise are optional additions, priced separately.
- This route visits the Chengdu Panda Base. It does not include a panda volunteering programme or physical contact with pandas.
