From a first message to a clear plan
- Tell us your dates, party size and interests, using the enquiry form or WhatsApp.
- We discuss the route, travel connections, walking and hotel preferences with you.
- You receive an itinerary and itemised quote showing what is included and what is optional.
- Before you confirm, we agree the hotels, room arrangements, payment terms, cancellation terms and any remaining availability checks.
What your proposal can cover
- A private vehicle and driver for the agreed road transfers and sightseeing. Official park shuttles and trains are shared services where required by the route.
- English-speaking guide arrangements for your group. Other guide languages depend on availability and the agreed quote.
- Comfortable accommodation with hotel breakfast, with the exact properties, room types and number of nights confirmed in writing.
- Arrival and departure transfers within the agreed schedule.
- Rail tickets for the five-day route, attraction entry, cable cars and essential local transport as itemised.
- Lunches, dinners and experiences such as Shu Yan Fu, specified individually rather than assumed to be included in every plan.
International flights, personal shopping and optional additions are separate unless your written quote explicitly says otherwise. The website is an invitation to plan, not a booking confirmation.
Reference accommodation
The hotel references below come from the current planning shortlist. The final proposal will identify the exact property and room type; it does not assume that every hotel appears in every route.
- Chengdu: Mercure in the Chunxi Road / Taikoo Li area — exact branch to be confirmed.
- Jiuzhaigou: Howard Johnson LIFE in Zhangzha, near the Jiuzhai Romance attraction (九寨沟豪生 LIFE).
- Songpan area: Days Inn by Wyndham Songpan Chuanzhu Temple. Chuanzhusi and Songpan town are different overnight locations, so the chosen hotel must be checked against the driving plan.
- Dujiangyan: Hampton by Hilton Chengdu Dujiangyan.
- Mount Emei: Hampton by Hilton Emeishan Scenic Area, for the night at the foot of the mountain.
Making the route work for you
Tell us your preferred walking pace, dietary preferences, children’s ages and any onward connections. High-altitude visits, long drives, train connections and park opening conditions need to be planned together. If a route does not fit your needs or flights, we will discuss fewer stops or extra nights.
